Section 1

General Definitions

In this agreement, "platform" and "service" refer to the inwa8 website and all related operations. "Player" and "user" refer to any person who accesses and uses this platform.

1.1 Age Restriction

inwa8 services are available to players aged 21 and above only. No person under 21 is permitted to register or play. We reserve the right to verify a player's age at any time.

1.2 Legal Jurisdiction of These Terms

It is the player's own responsibility to ensure that using this platform complies with the laws of their local area. inwa8 is not able to provide legal advice.

The Myanmar-language version published on this page is the governing version. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation with a translation, this version shall prevail.

Account Opening & Registration

Each player may open only one personal account on the inwa8 platform. Registration must be completed with your own accurate information. Any account opened with inaccurate or false information may be closed immediately.

2.1 Registration Requirements

  • Your real name and age (must be over 21)
  • A stable, personal contact method
  • A valid payment method (KBZPay, Wave Money or AYA Pay)
  • Confirmation that you have read and agreed to these inwa8 terms and conditions

2.2 Account Security

Players must keep their account login details secure and must not share them with anyone. The player is solely responsible for any issues arising from use of their login credentials.

2.3 Information Verification

inwa8 has the right to verify the information provided by a player during registration. If any information is found to be incorrect, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

Only one personal account is allowed per person. If multiple accounts are found using the same IP address, phone number, or payment method, the extra accounts may be closed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at inwa8 must use a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party payments are not permitted under any circumstances.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

  • Accepted payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay
  • Minimum deposit amount — 10,000 Ks
  • Deposits are generally credited instantly, though timing may vary depending on the service provider's connection.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

  • Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks
  • Withdrawal processing time — 30 minutes to 3 hours (Myanmar Standard Time, MMT)
  • Withdrawals are only available after the required bonus wagering requirement has been met.

3.3 Payment Verification

inwa8 has the right to verify the source of any payment. If a payment is flagged as suspicious, withdrawals may be placed on hold while the matter is reviewed.

All transactions are conducted in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only. Please note that individual payment methods may have their own handling fees.

Bonuses and Promotions

By claiming any bonus or promotion at inwa8, the player agrees to the terms and conditions associated with it.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Get a 100% bonus on your first deposit — up to 200,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount must be completed.

Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks. A wagering requirement of 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks must be completed before withdrawal.

Example 2 — Deposit 420,000 Ks and receive a 200,000 Ks bonus (maximum cap), giving a balance of 620,000 Ks. A wagering requirement of 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks must be completed before withdrawal.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — withdrawal is only available once the wagering requirement has been met.
  • Each bonus is available once per person.
  • If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is still active, the bonus amount will be forfeited.
  • If any attempt to abuse a bonus is detected, inwa8 has the right to cancel the bonus.

4.3 VIP Cashback

The inwa8 VIP programme has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players move up tiers based on their play activity and receive weekly cashback accordingly — from up to 0.4% at Bronze to up to 1.5% at Platinum.

Fair Play Policy

inwa8 is committed to giving players a fair gaming experience. Random Number Generation (RNG) technology is used, so game outcomes are entirely random and not formula-based.

5.1 Responsible Gaming

5.2 Cheating and Unfair Play

Any attempt to cheat, use software-based tools (bots), or hack the platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and any remaining balance will not be paid out.

Prohibited Actions

Players must never engage in any of the following actions —

  • Opening or accessing an account using another person's information
  • Holding more than one account per person
  • Attempting to disrupt or interfere with the platform's connectivity
  • Acting with the intent to exploit bonuses
  • Conducting illegal money laundering
  • Colluding with other players (Collusion)
  • Committing payment fraud
If any of the above actions are found, inwa8 has the right to immediately close that account without prior notice and report it to legal authorities.

Account Suspension and Closure

Players who wish to close their account at any time may request this through the 24/7 Live Chat service. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding bonuses) can be withdrawn.

7.1 Closure by inwa8

If a player is found to have violated these terms, inwa8 may suspend that account without prior notice. The reason for suspension will be communicated to the player, and any decision regarding real money will be made on a case-by-case basis.

7.2 Self-Limitation

Players may request personal limits (deposit limits, play time limits) through customer service. Self-limitation is a key part of our responsible gaming policy.
